Weather check-in

9 am and a balmy 11 degrees. NO way am I leaving the house today.

Much better this morning --- only 37* when I got up. Sun is up and shining nicely. Headed to balmy Houston for hubby's MRI checkup. Back tomorrow afternoon.

61 degrees, sunny, hardly any wind. It's January in the northeast. People are walking their dogs in shorts and T shirts. This weather is nutz.

Was just in the back, looking at my woodpiles in my Tshirt, and laughing!! 61 degrees and very Fall like right now. Crazy weather...
Looks like I'll have PLENTY of wood for Feburary, when we will have a blizzard towards the last part of the month.Mark my words....

By now I'd be into my second ton of wood pellets for my stove. I still have 19 bags still on the first pallet (50 on a pallet= 1 ton) Two tons in reserve. Well they don't go bad just a pain to move them into the shed for safe keeping.

When I took the dogs out first thing this morning, the birds were singing and I thought, this is Spring?

It was 77* here yesterday. Only 64* today, but still sunny and warm enough to be outside. Good thing, had to rake a few leaves and get them mulched up before the rain comes.

Forecast - 3pm 37°, 4pm 35°, 5pm 36°, 6pm 37° with a chance of rain.

Current - 31°, snow. The forecasters have been dead ass wrong the entire day.

Monday: Snow.
Tuesday: 55 degrees.
Today: Rain, 45 degrees.
Tomorrow: 60 degrees.
Friday: 40 degrees.
Saturday: 40 degrees.
Sunday: Snow.

Weather won't make up its mind.

Out new computer shopping, old one done blow'd up last night. Driving around with the window down, heat on low and very comfortable. Around 44 or so then, going down to 33 tonight.

My "needed killin'" cuz in Hoooouston says he regrets selling his boat. Hey, he byitched about needing rain and when he gets it he byitches even more.

:D

Cold here tonight ... suppose to get around 29 ... which is cold to us.

Wind gusts of 45 mph plus minutes ago here on the coastline. Cold and breezy, good night for a fire in the woodstove. Maybe all weekend long!!

Just chilly and damp here. Supposed to rain tonight, tomorrow. Feels almost like snow weather, but no such luck.

Last night weather guesser said we'd get a "dusting" of snow overnight, woke up to about 3 inches.
Tonight and into tomorrow calling for another 2-4 inches. Now if he thinks 3 inches is a "dusting" we're in for a couple of feet, bastage.

One of the county commissioners posted on Facebook that we were looking at up to an inch. I told him: I shoveled many knee high "up to an inch" piles of snow before.

Rain pretty much all day today ... steady in the 50's ... feels colder though.

Snowing now, weather guesser says 4-6 ",which really means 7-9'' here along the coast.
SST will probably get more, and should. He deserves it!!!

Actually you're closer to Wood River, aka 'Possum Hollow' than I am and historically gets more snow. :p

Snowing here now, not heavy heart attack snow but light and fluffy. Shouldn't be to bad for the wife to shovel...

It's 56 degrees, and has been raining since about 2:30 am on the west coast. Just fixed a nice cup of hot chocolate.

Here in Sebring FL. BEAUTIFUL sunny day at what I'm guessing is 70 degrees.

Man if I didn't have my business and family in North Carolina, I'd def move down here.

24 degrees at 5:30 this morning. Hit the park to walk and spot Fox and Deer and get some pics, but they wouldn't come out.

yesterday we got 7 inches of snow on top of Fridays' 3 inches. Temps in the 20's,in the day, in the faint sun. Almost single digit temps at night recently.

Tomorrow sunny and temps in the 50's. Nutz is right.
