Penske should be banned from xfinity. By far the worst culprit of Busch wacking. They didn't even put Ryan freaking Blaney in a full time xfinity ride and Austin Cindric has spent most of this season getting PTSD in the soon to be fatality causing 60 car. Meanwhile, Gibbs has run Erik jones, Daniel Suarez, c bell, Tifft, and Brandon jones full time just to name a few. Penske is the only team that hasnt added any value whatsoever to the series and solely exist to run horse face and squinty eyed Logano to poach the owners title that's pointless. I suppose it's karma their only cup win this year was at a plate track so gotta take candy where you can lol

I agree with this 100%. A cup team should only be allowed to have an "all star car" if they have a full time Xfinity guy in another car.

Yes that's true, and I'd love that to go away. But realistically, at the minimum an organization should at least have to field one full time ride in the series to have a "star car". Penske is literally running this series just for one reason. They add nothing of value to the series, just run Logano and Brad with a sprinkling of Blaney every week.
 
full timers have won ten Xfinity races out of 24 races and five or 6 of those were full timer races only.

those are the rules as they stand..the rules suck.
 
Looking at the 42/98 video again, I think one could argue that the 42 probably helped pull the 98 around by staying that close to his right rear quarter.

Harvick kind of alluded to that, he said he couldn't do anything because of the air , turning the wheel did nothing, not word for word of course.
