I'd expect nothing less from you Rev ;)...I just don't see the payoff. If the 18 team is going to win the championship this year, they could use some help from the 78. No use in fighting if you ask me

Looks to me like the 78 has their own championship to win ........ none of those stage wins are helping the 18 much

Put yourself in Adam Steven's shoes. You have the dominant car andy ou get taken out. You haven't won alllllll year but you've been so damn close so many times

You walk by a pit stall and some guy is clapping his hands at you and makes a smart ass comment.

I can guarantee you 80% of the posers on here would have done exactly what Adam Stevens did
 
I felt bad for the 18 team for the first time ever this weekend. Truex has completely dominated this year while the 18 has been close with absolutely nothing to show for it. And then that guy, your "teammate" takes you and and makes a dire points situation look worse.

Still tho, **** Kyle Busch.
 
Having a boss that will stick up for his guys once in awhile is HUGE. Anyone who thinks Stevens walked over there like a punk on a personal vendetta probably could use a good clock cleaning themselves.

That being said these guys need to be locked in a room with a gallon of milk and a plate of cookies asap.

I can't hate on Stevens for this incident either. I don't even think it was the jackmans place to be bent out of shape.


That said, KyBu is the one that wanted to race as opposed to fiddle-****** with his satellite teammate. However, It is truly amazing that the GOAT, Martin Truex, couldn't keep it together on the bottom with plenty of room.
 
Truex looked like he slipped on a banana peel, Looks like he hit a patch of oil. The track was a mess by that time.

Why u say that? What happened to Kyle? I believe he was the one man enough that went over to Joey crew and threw the punch .. joey didn't even throw a punch his crew jumped in on Kyle so can you explain ?

The whole 18 team has made fairly poor choices in who they pick fights with, or at least where they pick their fights.

Joey didn't pick the time and location of that fight....a guy with no brains decided to pick a fight in another guys pit box, all by himself.

So I guess Newman was the tough guy here lol... out of all this stuff Kyle Busch was the only person to throw blows but y'all make fun of him smh.. all these other guys just talk talk talk talk and not going to do sh*t! Atleast Kyle actually tried to fight.. this ain't nothing but two men talking smh..

Funny part about all that is Newman hasn't been a consistent top five running/race winner in the cup series since 2004. He has his moment come around every now and then ever since... almost "pointed" himself into greatness in 2014.... however logano has been running circles around Newman for how many years now?....
 
According to Fox race hub show, the entire 78 pit crew is from JGR ( surprise surprise, what isnt from JGR on that team? ) So this little smack down is from team mates. The guy who did the clapping is in hot water with the coach.

If Stevens was smart he would have turned, looked at the dude, grinned and done a kybu smartass bow, and then run like hell to get away from a butt whooping. He's too much of a wussy to confront anybody. :D

Gonna be honest here.....I HATE THIS. Total bull****. Adam walked into the box, but at the same time was taunted from the box--50/50 here. No punches thrown. WTF? I thought the whole thing played out just fine.

Sounds like youve either never participated in a highly competitive sports environment or have had extremely poor coaching.

If you go approaching every player who taunts you, youre gonna end up in ****.

How does JGR suspend 2 members of the FRR team if they are in fact not one team?
If I was Barney I would be livid! I didn't have an opinion one way or the other until this.

So Adam Stevens gets a couple of crew guys suspended for being passionate about their driver and team???? What a great way to hamstring your best competition!
Total BS!!!!! Sign me up for not wanting to see Gibbs win another race this year!
