I had a family commitment and missed the race, so off to the DVR but I saw Kyle Larson won. Which I am pretty happy about but it looks like I'm the only one that will be excited about it.

Maybe it depends on exactly what. I just like to think I call things pretty fairly with on track stuff. I also give everyone one, and also fine with payback. Just to get it out of the way haha.


The only time my bias MIGHT come in, if it’s something that could easily be blamed on either driver, I’ll blame more the one I don’t like.
 
First Larson is dirty. Then Larson is defended. Then Chase fans are right and wrong, and Larson fans are right and wrong. Then Bobby and whoever are arguing about KB in the background.

Then everyone is biased. Then Bobby is drunk and everyone loves each other again.

Idk what's happening but this is my favorite forum ever.

Like I said, I wasn't feeling well. I saw that the race had a weather delay and turned it off. I turned it back on with 9 laps to go.

Yes, a lot of people do, myself included. We know it's staged and scripted. Gonna leave it at that since we're in a race thread.

Really was the perfect storm. Chase getting dumped gave the fodder for controversy and schadenfreude for 2/3 of the forum to make fun of 9 fans and a needed diversion for 18 fans to distract them from their misery.

This is a good little community most of the time. We bash when we can.
When it gets ugly we go downstairs. And it gets ugly. 🫢
Freal, though, NASCAR fans are the best. I’ve never had a beef at the track with another fan, it’s mostly just been friendly banter.
This forum is the best on the interwebs. We get along. We don’t like everybody but I think we do ok with the awesome mod crew.
I’d cheers 🍻 with just about anyone here.

Now that I've chilled, cooked some steaks and had dinner with the family, I can see that the biggest issue was the 9 team being so afraid of a 16 dive bomb that they chose the wrong lane and let the 5 do them instead. If he chooses right lane, Chase wins. But I shan't let this moment of clairty disrupt my Larson hatred. 🤣

Damn. I can’t get stoned either.
I had my first bong hit when I was 9.
Quit cold turkey to get the job I have now. I’m union and I don’t need a dirty test in my jacket.
I might pick it up again when I retire. Ima get out of the union workforce when I pay my house off, that should be in the next year and a half. Then, I’ll build cars with my buddy Paul.
