i don't know what steve and mike will do with brents car i know it's gonna be very rough on a lot of ppl come saturday and race time at 34 raceway

It'll probably be pretty rough at alot of tracks this weekend.Our whole family feels losses like this one,and they are very painful............. :( ................BB

the davenport T.V. news crew was at the burlington race track last night covering the memorial to brent and had very respectful news clip of the events at 34 raceway on their 10 p.m. news.
 
hey ron what time you guys heading this way today? im makin fried chicken, mashed taters and gravy, corn on the cob, home made bread and homemade buscuits, coconut cream pie, lemon pie, cherry pie, pineapple upside down cake and fried green maters...lol
 
as soon as i can get there LOL! i'm starvin! and that sounds goooood!! :D we are going to leave here around 2 or 2:15, should be at your house around 4:30 or so

the girl can wheel a race car! and cook too LOL! :D had to be the very best pie i have had sence your racecar party!

thanks for a very nice fathers day lisa, I AM STUFFED! :p and the laughs with all was a treat. it's so nice to just kick back and injoy life. :booya:
 
also lisa your grandaughter "lillie" is a little doll! wow is she growing! not long till she'l be in a gocart slingin dirt just like her granma! LOL.

yeah she is adorable..thank you..but i think she wanted to go to oqwaka with carolyn..lol..and i hope she loves racing..that would be awesome
 
i tell ya carolyn would take her in a 1/2 second! LOL, she's still talkin bout how cute and smart lillie is! i bet she will like racing, altho she don't like her stroller! LOL, maybe you'l have to put a motor on it for her :cool:

no she doesnt like that stroller at all..youre right we may havta strap a briggs & stratton on it for her to like it...loltell carolyn she can have her anytime she wants her..just let me know...lol ..oh and this is some funny chit..bill is pouting because i got a keychain and he didnt..he said "dad loves you more than he loves me..i knew you were the favorite"..lmao i laughed till i bout peed my pants...lmao

this is terrible terrible news...i am so sad..i feel so bad for his wife and son...

Yes this is sad, it seems life is unfair. Jimmy was a good clean racer. I never got to know him personaly, but loved to watch him race. He will be missed.

i hope the drivers will help the family out saturday night.

it's tragic the loss of a loved one, and very difficult for the family + having to deal with the expense. if everyone chips in a little it makes a lot for the family. we have to help each other in time of need.
 
Guys, someone post the passing of Mr Hisle in the black flag forum so that others will read about him. My prayers and thoughts are with his family.

john raced against jimmy for a few years in the streetstock class before his illness it was always a pleasure and a honor to race against him he always came down to our pit if we won or to say he was sorry if he hit us jimmy was a class act will be hard to replace that kind of guy so good luck to his family we wish them the best and god bless jim where ever he is

Ed qualified at13.59.... :p ..... 7th. Started 1st row outside,Heat 3. Dammed if he didn't jump up and win the dang thing. :pbjtime: Started 2nd row inside for feature, :eek: was runnin 6th when got bumped in da butt,spun,and had to go to the back. Ended up 13. Still a real good night........... :) ...............BB
 
Hi bill! hey sounds like ya did good! Was it hot over at spoon? lol!... lisa was running great at peoria got a good solid 2nd. place finish in the heat race and was running good in feature when the car developed a miss, and she ended up 9th....harv and john [streetstock 90] had 'er dialed in and hooked-up. congatulations to streetstock 90 on the feature win last night! harv all that hard work you do to prepair that car is paying off! :beerbang:
