thanks guys i greatly appreciate it..ive been a basket case all week..and i took the night off to forget about everything and went and watched the races...i needed a break...thanks for the thoughts and prayers...i love ya all !!..lisa
 
lisa we love you too, just call if you need anything we can help you with. i would have loved to helped you race the car tonight, but i knew you need to just go watch the races from the stands for a change. momma said hi lisa, and that she loves you so much. i know you already know that.... hang in there kid.

hi bill , she's bent in 4 spots. the rear bars are bent from the hoop to the end bt the fuel cell , the cell is junk. it aint leaking but pretty smashed. door bars and seat are pushed in 6 inches. the rear frame is bent in front of the rear wheels. i need to find another malibu and start over. this time i what to get someone who knows frames to help design this chassis. i have some ideas.
 
steve, man looks like you took a rough ride!... i've spent most of the last 2 weeks helping lisa with her house. she's getting things ready for her dad to come home from the hospital....$bill, sorry i didn't get down to farmer city to watch you guys run the L/M this year.

i was over pretty quick. could'nt tell ya how many hits. seemed like a bunch.sorry to hear about her dad. really a great guy and still is. hope he adjusts , it's a hard thing to deal with.

here i am steve..lol i finally got online at my new house !! my dad is back in the hospital and may be able to comehome tomorrow...geesh i have been busy busy...man i didnt realize how bad i missed talking with everyone ..its good to be back :D

.......Sure have missed ya. ;) Hopin your dad makes a turn,and gets along better. Just hangin around with you has got to help a big bunch. Man am I a Suckup,Or What? :D Steve, You may want to stick with Metric cars. The one you had sure looked real fast. So many of them around. You can pay enough for a 70s car,to build one of em,too. :eek: ..............................................BB

Helpin Larry with his deck............Saw a car hes doin. Man does he have Metrics down to a science. Last SS Malibu we built had twice the tubing,and did half the good.............Really has advanced from 92...............................BB
 
after the hit i took at macon, i know now why we must have a good cage.

hope everyone is having a good day. :) today is the first day in months we have not put at miles on. just stayed home, had a nice with the kids, watching a little t.v. and getting the computer back on line.

same here steve. i was in you town a couple times this week. i was at tims helping him with some wireing on some lights in his house, we put a light in the sealing where there was no existing light! fun fun LOL! i stopped at the new cafe in bellevue where lisa montgomery is working. man that girl sure can cook good! i visited with a couple of race car drivers and a couple of peoria speedway officals who had stopped there to check out the racing grandmas' cooking! word is out that lisa is back cooking and they are very busy there at matts cafe! for sure. when you go there you gotta try the strawberry pie! and tim AKA "bigdaddy" ordered a peanutbutter pie for Christmas dinner, YEAHHHH!!! i don't think there will be any left of this strawberry pie i'm eating a BIG slice now LOL :p i just about got it all gone! :D YUMMIE!!!!
 
steve, tim ordered a peanutbutter pie from miss racincrazyjs7, IT WAS HHHHHHMMMMM,,,,, good !! LOL. :D .....are you going to build a new car or just rework the ole 49? looks like she took a pretty good lick or three :( hope she's not hurt too bad.

Lap3Forever letus know how th car is comming.... $bill my friend, i am going to the little cafe in bellevuie tomorrow [ matt's roadside cafe] and have a racincrazyjs7 breakfast! if you are there around 9am or so we can share a table. man lisa can cook a great meal for sure. :booya:
 
i can relate to the "lazy" i had to make a run to peoria this morning and stopped in and had one of miss lisa racincrazyjs7's BIG breakfast. best in town [IMO] now you gotta take into consideration i'm a little guy, 6ft. 4 in. 250 lbs. and it takes a lot to fill me up LOL, and i'm on a see food diet, when i see food i eat it. miss lisa's cooking is at the top of my list. anytime i'm near the cafe where she cooks, i fillup ;) so i've been lazy now the rest of the day! :D
 
hi lisa, momma and i ate out tonight, but it was not as good as your cookin. hmmm, i sound like i'm spoiled. :D all i can say is more pie LOL :p
 
when you get the car done, will you post a picture of it? :cool: ,,,, in the winners circle, of course LOL ;)
 
I have took more crap off 4m then any orther board put togather.

1st it was about a threed i made (2x time that has happaned)
then this guy sends me a PM and grrrr
