NCAA football 2014

You can never have too much college football.:)
The number of bowl games has gotten a bit out of hand though. Just 10 years ago there were only 28 bowl games, 20 years ago there were just 19. Now there are nearly 40. Getting to a bowl used to mean something, before we had Northwest South Dakota Tech playing Upper Wyoming State in the Whogivesa**** Bowl every year.

As long as they keep out teams with losing records I'm fine with it. There were still five eligible teams left out this year and another three who finished 6-6 or better but couldn't make it because of FCS-FBS transition rules.

let market decide how many needed.
as long as schools / city / sponsor is happy......no harm done.

sure gives kids a nice activity..........much better than a protest march ! :D

Merry Christmas to me! Our Savior has come home!

I'm gonna enjoy it today, because I have a feeling Jim Harbaugh will be coaching Michigan next year.
I'll try not to dislocate my shoulder patting myself on the back for making this prediction a month ago, before all the Harbaugh to Michigan rumors started. ;)

The rumors were flying around before football season even started. Lol

Dammit....I thought I really did something here. :p

Congrats on the Harbaugh hire. He's a helluva coach, he'll have Michigan relevant again in no time. I think OSU's ownership of you guys is coming to a close. Not saying that Michigan will beat Ohio St. every year now, but that series will be a lot more even than it's been in recent years.

Lol. The boosters have been calling for the coach and the AD's head and made it known they wanted Harbaugh since September.

I really do think he will instantly make Michigan football better. An Urbie/Jim rivalry could be epic and every bit as good as Bo/Woody.

Unfortunately, I think this is just a stepping stone until his next NFL gig in 3 to 4 years. With him now being the highest paid coach, you know Saban is smiling cause he's gonna get a raise after this

big 10 needs uplift off bottom of top 5 conferences. :D

maybe add 1-2 sec teams on schedule . ?

No dog in the fight but I'm glad Harbaugh is back in the college game after the way he turned Stanford around and I'm glad Michigan-Ohio State has intrigue again. I feel like I haven't been able to care about that game since '06 or '07. The Big Ten needs to be more competitive too.

i see where petty driving experience put georgia / louisville team guys in cars at charlotte track.
got tv adv durin belk bowl tonite.......espn.

only 4 pymts--$ 99ea. ! ta drive one.

8 at least. And a big cutback on bowl games.
I'd like to see both those things. For an 8 team playoff, have the champions of the 5 major conferences automatically get in (ACC, Big 10, Big 12, PAC 12, SEC), the best conference winner of the remaining conferences, and two wild cards. Seed based on ranking.
