I thought Weeden already was traded to the 49ers?

That's who it was.thanksThey traded with J'Ville for Gabbert. Browns cut Weeden and Jason Campbell last week.
Jared Allen to the Seahawks.
Yeah, I saw where ESPN retracted the story after I posted this.Nope. Not yet.
Matt Schaub reportedly going to be traded to Oakland.
I didn't realize Rex Grossman was even still in the league, lol.I think that will seal Rex Grossman to Cleveland. Ugh.

I've been hearing this rumor for quite a while now. It doesn't make me very happy, but if you are down to using a backup in a game you are usually pretty screwed anyway.

Just when you thought Michael Vick couldn't be any more of an idiot, he's reportedly stalling on signing with the Jets because he may not get to wear jersey #7 there (Geno Smith's current number with the Jets)

I saw that. Wonder if he'll pay up.
The article shows his post that he already says he plans on welching on what he said in the first place. He promised season tickets, first row at the 50 yard line. The closest thing can buy are like $1305/seat. That's for 10 games since the NFL makes you buy tickets to two exhibition games at full price whether you want them or not if you want to buy season tickets. It would cost White roughly $13,000 to be a man of his word, but he said he will buy the man tickets to the Bears game since the guy is a Bears fan. I know it's easy to spend someone else's money, but the guy does make $6 million a year.I saw that. Wonder if he'll pay up.
Seriously. $6 million+/year and you won't give a dude some tickets for a lost bet?What a douche.

I think because sometimes they have to come out and re-level the goalpost. So no more dunking the ball over the goal post after a TD. Not sure why that needed to be changed but it was. Also extra points have been moved back.

Extra points have only been moved back to the twenty for the first two preseason games this year and then they will decide on what to do with it from then on after the season. They also decided to add 5 feet to the top end of the goal posts. This was reportedly proposed by Bill Belichick who was upset because a field goal that the Ravens converted to beat the Patriots this year went over the right goal post upright. If the goal post was taller, it appeared from the video that it would have hit the upright and bounced off, no good. However, the rule is that if any part of the ball passes over the upright then the kick is ruled good.So no more dunking the ball over the goal post after a TD. Way to step up.Damn. Roddy White going abovd and beyond to pay his bet debt.
"A team official confirmed White would present Hoyt with two seasons tickets and two Super Bowl tickets.
Hoyt also will receive pregame sideline passes to any one game and will be a guest of White's at training camp, where he'll sit in the VIP section and talk to players after practice."
Way to step up.
I was thinking the same thing.I'm sure this is the Falcon's doing to get rid of the negativity.
MJD to the Raiders.
The Eagles just released DeSean Jackson. Reportedly the Eagles and other teams who they tried to trade him to, are concerned about his connections with gang members. Here's a story on that part of it.
