Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

Ryan Newman is 20th in points with an average finish of 17.0 after 7 races. (4 top 14's in 4 races)

Trevor Bayne was 28th in points with an average finish of 24.3 after 7 races.

^ Ryan's engineering degree should help him PROVIDED he isn't over ruled
by the accountants.:D

Old school here ... I always like the single car qualifying, whether it's local track lower divisions or Cup. Not sure what Nascar is trying to do, or is pressure from their TV partners to have more drama and fit into an hour or so package? The under-funded teams don't get much exposure and at least in single car qualifying the get their short time to be the focal point (of course the networks will cut to a commercial when they go out!)

It was posted yesterday, which doesn't give me much faith in it. It also includes the questionable line "Team Penske are set to fully acquire the #21 Wood Brothers Racing Ford"

In the words of Click and Clack, "Bo-o-ogus".

I must apologize for posting it, it says at the end that its bs ....... I am dumb :D

I'd love to see Edwards in the 21. Then another team could use that Menards money for multiple cars..

I would like to see these kind of interviews, but I can never figure out when and what channel they will be on. With multiple daily shows and multiple pre race broadcast I find it impossible to watch all of them, heck I only get to see a few once in a while.

BTW, that helmet is a Chase Elliott helmet. Blaney said they had and agreement to swap first win helmets.

Who's been to New Hampshire? How far up do you need to sit to see the whole race track?
