I wouldn't wish Jack Wood on ANYBODY, not even Kyle Busch.Yes, but with GMS more than likely leaving, who is going to house the project? Enter KBM to the scene.
Without Jack Wood, of course... I hope.

Drew Dollar is still teasing himself to the JRM 9…I hope he’s trolling.
I guess Dollar turned it down.

Do you mean because Jr did it? Or do you mean he just was doing what he did? Cause Drew teased it a few months ago also before Dale Jr did the KB stuffI think he knew Brandon was going to the 9 and he was being cryptic like Jr about KB.
I mean Drew knew the announcement was coming about Brandon, just like Jr knew the announcement was coming about Busch and used symbols. Dollar wasnt implying he had the ride in the 9Do you mean because Jr did it? Or do you mean he just was doing what he did? Cause Drew teased it a few months ago also before Dale Jr did the KB stuff
But that doesn’t explain why Drew teased it months ago also…I mean Drew knew the announcement was coming about Brandon, just like Jr knew the announcement was coming about Busch and used symbols. Dollar wasnt implying he had the ride in the 9
No idea, but he knew he wasnt getting the ride todayBut that doesn’t explain why Drew teased it months ago also…
I'd like to see Smith get a shot. I can't say precisely why but JHN doesn't have that new car smell for me anymore.I'm guessing Sammy Smith/Heim/JHN one of then will take over the 19 next season.
JHN = Low ceiling. JMO.I'd like to see Smith get a shot. I can't say precisely why but JHN doesn't have that new car smell for me anymore.

He's shown he can win, its the sometimes erratic nature he shows that makes me want to scream at times.I'd like to see Smith get a shot. I can't say precisely why but JHN doesn't have that new car smell for me anymore.
I'm the worst at remembering names. I've seen Smith in four or five races in the last few weeks. If a basic vanilla name like 'Sammy Smith' can stick in my memory, he must be doing something memorable.I saw Smith race in person at IRP and was impressed.
Anyone coming back to Trucks with that much Cup experience, even from lower-tier teams, should be able to leverage that experience for better results.Going back to trucks and losing out on the championship last year really hurt his stock.
Cough Matty D coughAnyone coming back to Trucks with that much Cup experience, even from lower-tier teams, should be able to leverage that experience for better results.
One year isn't a lot of Cup seat time...Anyone coming back to Trucks with that much Cup experience, even from lower-tier teams, should be able to leverage that experience for better results.
As a big supporter as his. I got to admit, he’s really really disappointed me this season in trucks. Maybe I was wrong about himCough Matty D cough
I mean I know that team is average at best, but a good driver runs above what the equipment is capable of.As a big supporter as his. I got to admit, he’s really really disappointed me this season in trucks. Maybe I was wrong about him
It's more than what most of his competitors have, including some that regularly finish in front of him. As you noted, he's erratic. Until someone shows consistency, it's hard to pinpoint what needs the most work. One year isn't a lot of Cup seat time...
His decision making on track... That's about it.It's more than what most of his competitors have, including some that regularly finish in front of him. As you noted, he's erratic. Until someone shows consistency, it's hard to pinpoint what needs the most work.
Rackley WAR already confirmed he'll stay for 2023.I think Matt is doing alright. Rackley War doesn’t have the budget that Thorsport or KBM does from what I can tell. I’m hoping he gets another season in a decent Truck.
I KNOW he's a lot better than what we've seen this year, so I'm left to believe that truck is REALLY bad. There may be a lot of Chevy's in the Truck Series, but Enfinger and Hocevar are the only two that don't completely suck, and they have a combined one win so far. The rest don't really impress me at all. At this point, Kraus seems to be a total waste of a decent truck, and he may be the BEST of the rest.As a big supporter as his. I got to admit, he’s really really disappointed me this season in trucks. Maybe I was wrong about him
You're not wrong there, but even with that, it seems to me he should be dominating the series to the point that a few bad decisions shouldn't hurt him that much. His decision making on track... That's about it.
Valid point. There are guys who have dropped down and then had successful Cup careers.I keep having to remind myself, Nemechek is only 25. He had no business being in a Cup car.
Tell that to Jeff Gordon, Kyle Busch Chase Elliott and Ty Gibbs. With his pedigree, he was a guy I would expect to jump in a Cup car before the age of 21 and be at least serviceable. I realize the equipment was not as good. I'm pretty sure he is better than Harrison Burton.I keep having to remind myself, Nemechek is only 25. He had no business being in a Cup car.
For every one of those, there's a Casey Atwood and a Buckshot Jones and a Trevor Bayne. Gordon, Busch, etc are the exceptions. For a while it looked like Logano was going to be a wash-out.Tell that to Jeff Gordon, Kyle Busch Chase Elliott and Ty Gibbs.

25 with no path to Cup is basically career over these daysI keep having to remind myself, Nemechek is only 25. He had no business being in a Cup car.
