Uh Oh...Cheater cheater pumpkin eater...L1 for the 4 team

It is rough to be a TRD/Toyota fan this morning, but it can't be worse than being a 4 fan. You had 2-3 tenths all year. You dominated every damn weekend. They take the spoiler. You lost your 2-3 tenths. You lived a lie. I would be pissed. I really would.

not really, after the Joe the weasel manipulated the race for KDB, if it wasn't for a late race caution, he would have been a lap down in the title race. 4th looser. Maybe next year they will let KDB pit in turn one. :p Kyle must have lost his spoiler and more than that.

I'd ask how Joe managed to manipulate Keselowski into Suarez, but I expect I'd only be told I'd figure it out eventually.

Your assuming he had a spoiler offset the whole season and Nascar wasn't smart enough to find it in the many times the car went for a tear down. I find that is hard to believe.

I find that difficult to believe. Wouldn't it have been easier for Suarez to just smack the wall himself? If indeed there was a brake check with the intent of getting hit, there's no guarantee Kez wouldn't have evaded the #19. Occam's Razor.

give it the ol throttle stuck routine. :p we being facetious, I am. Kez hit him racing hard and thought rightly he gave KDB a break which he did. The rest is hard core tin foil territory to make something out of the Suarez deal I would think. Both the 4 and the 18 didn't keep up with the track IMO. And as it is in most races a late race caution produced the passing and the excitement. Nothing wrong with that.
 
As big of a no show the 18 was this weekend should you really be **** talking Harvick...Toyota **** itself this weekend and couldn't even provide a quality piece for one of the most talented drivers ever. The 4 on the other hand had the championship won if Suarez didn't do Suarez things

Not really hard to believe. NASCAR had their hands on Delana's wife's OSS. Got lazy. Spoiler offset sounds so much more innocent BTW.

That's bull****. Delana's wife was only slightly better than KB. It was apparent that this was either going to be the 22 or the 78. TRD gave the 78 a a quality piece. JGR messed it up. Pure and simple. Doesn't take much of a conspiracy theorist to know that Delana's wife's car was dirty all year. No question in my mind. Good for them, but to deny it is silly. Two wins encumbered, and your crew chief jettisoned for the big show. C'mon man.

To think that the 4 car was the only one is pure fantasy in my book. Did they do it more and better than everybody else? who knows. A person can claim it to be so, but looking at what SHR did, which is hard to do with this current points system their 4 car team was the best out there.They were just flat good. They Yotas weren't that good, and the Chevy's have their work cut out for them.
 
The 4 v. 18 debate is simple in this case. The 4 brought their B team after getting busted and was still a factor all race. The 18 whiffed on the setup and the driver was in the way on the final restart.

Either way, one cheated, one didn't. Both lost. That last part is what matters.

The margin between the 4 and Kyle was a consistent 2 tenths all year....and then ordinary....even on arguably Kyle's worst race. Boggles the mind what the season might have looked like had the 4 been legal.

With regard to pointing fingers to teams that didn't get caught....Where does it end? You want an inspection system that is infallible, but are prepared to point the fingers all around when it isn't. You have yourself covered. You know exactly what you would be saying if that spoiler was on Kyle's car.

ain't none of them legal, that is a fairy tale. The inspection system will never get all of it, but it keeps it to a dull roar. that is my take, always has been. they quietly threw out KDB and Suarez's front end this year. All of em do it, some get caught after the fact, some before, it is racing, always has been that way. Jones who they were touting about his burst of speed towards the end of the season? they caught them letting air out of the car with a loose panel.

Toyota may have missed on a few set ups but you're sadly mistaken if you think Harvick would have won if the race stayed green. The 4 and 22 did pull away from the field but after quite a few laps the 78 was reeling them in and rather quickly. Took him no time to get around the 22 when he caught him and would have done the same to the 4 car when he caught up in a few more laps. The 78 was great on long runs but not on the short ones. Regardless of the outcome, I'm just glad cheating Harvick didn't win. Most push the limit and search for all they can and sometimes overstep but at least they don't manufacturer parts which is blatant cheating . They should have given him a L2 penalty and the max 75 point deduction which would have put Elliott in the chase. Personally he should have been disqualified from the final race.....period.

are you freaking kidding me? all of them manufacture illegal parts. What do you think those things are that allow the rear end to twist? Side panels to bow? Doors to cave in, and windows to dip and fans that run backwards to name a few.

Interesting you say that since I've never heard on anyone else being caught making their own unapproved parts. But then again maybe I've missed that. Either way he cheated, got caught and glad as he didn't win. Hope Nascar cracks down harder next year on cheaters regardless of who theyare.

The yoters last year had fans under the car that ran backwards for more downforce. Larson's car got caught with tubes on the inside venting air instead of the brakes. The list goes on and on.

KB was fast after the front end. Jones and Suarez are too inconsistent to provide a viable baseline. Delana's wife's issue really pissed NASCAR off too. There's that. The OSS is a very expensive "dull roar" instrument. ....and we are talking about two encumbered wins, and a crew chief jettisoned at the moment of truth. What Delana ordered was not what everybody else was doing....except the other SHR cars. Had the 4 won, this bull**** would be the talk of the offseason. Would make Kyle's "vacation" not that big of a deal.
