Tbh when you're in a position of power, it is unprofessional. Nothing to do with pay.So crap talking other people is acceptable then?
What is the pay level where it is no longer acceptable?

Judge Bell could have stopped this from happening.
Childress indicated that once they got the final charter offer with only five hours to decide he had no choice but to sign it. His signed statement also indicated he still seeks permanent charters for all charter holders. What did they do to erase them? It was my understanding the series folded on it's own.
BTW. as Phelps said about Childress, if he is so unsatisfied why didn't he sign the charter and the sell out? I ask that question about 23XI every day.
This works for me. I worked for a small business for 7 years and when we had somebody we had trained, lent money too and the went over to work for the competition it went like most of this with the owner taking the lead.Genuine question- do these texts change your opinion on NASCAR management and how they run the sport?
The hole is getting deeper by the minute.

Fringe benefits might not be that bad.I have been saying it for years. Phelps has to GO. I wouldn't hire that clown to scrub toilets in a whorehouse.
I think there is a lot of validity to that. However, once the majority of owners buckled under pressure from NASCAR and did not stick together, what not reckless option was left for 23XI and FRM to pursue that has any teeth to it?
