Same here but a day later, they say It'll snow on Tuesday and Wednesday here also.

My cousin is near you, somewhere. He's trying to get his FL CDL. I think he's in Defuniak Springs. Sucks to be him :D
I will be sending my knife to RMK in Orlando to have a sheath fitted soon. I may wait until the weather is better. My knife isn't accustomed to foul weather. :)
 
Lower 40s two days ago, near 70 yesterday afternoon, near 80 this afternoon, and upper 30s tomorrow afternoon in the Fort Worth area. :wacko:

Beautiful country, even in the winter.
 
69 yesterday, going down to 5 tonight with a wind chill of stupid cold. Fixed one frozen pipe so far from the last freeze out.
 
Yesterday it sprinkled in north San Diego. It was like a miniature monsoon for about 3 minutes.
 
I was outside this afternoon cleaning out my wife's car. In a t-shirt. A blast of wind came though, and the temp dropped at least 15º in like three minutes.
 
Currently -16.2 degrees outside my front door! Went out to start the truck about 15 minutes ago. Started right up. Surprised the heck outta me.

Our high temp today is to be 5 degrees.

Nope. It doesn't. Never had it installed as it is normally garage kept and these kind of temperatures are far from the norm. My wife is getting ready for a yard sale. My truck bay is filled with all kinds of crap right now and it's forced my truck outside.

Took her to work this morning and hit -24 degrees at one point during the commute.

About the same here. All I can say is - heated seats, I rarely used that feature but this winter I've become spoiled.

Back in '94 I discovered heated seats in my first Town Car. All I can say is "Ahhhhhhhhh". LOL
That is the one thing that I must have when this current Town Car bites the dust --- in about 10 years.
 
I'm pretty sure the weather people here have gotten it wrong every single time this year. And even after it's proven they get it wrong, they double down on their inaccuracy.

Last snowstorm, they called for a big one, 5-7". We got like an inch and a half. This time, they said we might get some snow but no accumulation. It's snowed all morning and the weather people in Charlotte and the Piedmont area have all changed their predictions, saying the storm is moving more west (on top of what it's doing right now) and that Charlotte and the Triad are in play for three inches of snow. Roanoke forecasters - nope, they're doubling down on this "no accumulation" stuff.
 
It is just ridiculously cold today. A high of nothing, zero and a low of like 10-15 below and I have a pain management appointment I have to leave for right now. This really sucks. :mad:

24 degrees now/17 degrees tonight, with a sleet/snow mix that will continue through tomorrow.
 
President Obama would make a GREAT meteorologist. He could get it wrong or straight up lie and then make up excuses and blame other people or external factors he didn't foresee later.
 
They just updated their snowfall forecast and they're STILL calling for no snow at all for areas that have gotten measurable snowfall accumulation. Good ****** grief!

Ours is mostly an ice/snow mix, about a half an inch now. Supposed to continue all night.
 
OK, so I feel really, really bad for you guys. Freezing to death ain't no way to live. :(
I'm gonna grill burgers for supper. I'm gonna have a BBQ powwow and ask the BBQ gods to send BBQ mojo to the east coast to melt away all of your troubles :)
