got my puter back last night. picked up a virus and screwd my puter up so i could'nt get on the web.

Picked the chassis up at BWE last night. Its now a 2005 BWE car, which ain't a bad thing. Kinda a Rayburn/ Erb/ Baab/ Moyer, set up. Ought to be interesting............................................BB :P

Glad you got you puter back! i got mine zaped last fall! The azz's that do that better never come to Oquawka and tell me who they are or we'l go round and round and it won't be on a race track ha!!..... Busy Busy Busy................................

:eek: Spent the week preppin the chassis. Then painted it Sat. Today we installed the interior and part of the forward deck. Over the last couple weeks,Ed cut and bent all that stuff up,so it went smooth and fast.Wish I could of made Lisa's deal, but after sniffin paint all afternoon,I was in no shape to go any where. :beerbang: .........................BB
 
sounds like your coming along on the car. i'm gonna try a few races at farmer this year. i'm legal now. just hope i can keep up.
 
Steve I found my list of websites. Like I said saturday night at Lisa's party I lost my bookmarks in a power surge. ....Hi $bill, sounds like you're 'gettin er done on the car! We had a good time at Lisa's carparty. We sure got plenty to eat, didn't we Steve? Man I'm still full ha! Even injoyed a couple O cold ones! :beerbang: ....We stopped by Monney's on the way outa town after Lisa's party said goodnight ,er guess it was[ goodmorning] to Scott,Lemmy,Greg, and Lisa and the gang at Monney's!

drama on boards come on that never happens. hahaha.... i hate it when a board moderator cannot make up their mind if they want to run the board or be a regular member. i've always felt that if you take on the job as a moderator you must give up some of the rights to take a stand on certain issues and must remain in the middle on certain issues so you can moderate without bias. i also hate it when a moderator abuses his position and only allows one view of an arguement to be represented. i have seen boards where the moderators actually work for certain tracks and institutionally bars any objective discussion of their track while allowing any wild off the wall remarks of an opposing track. you make an observation that is contrary top their position and they label you a troublemaker and use their position to discredit you on the board. of course when everything is said and done and your position on a situation turns out to be correct and theirs is wrong. it is nice to rub it in their face, especially when you can later see them claiming your position as their own. as far as i can tell this board has fair moderators and i plan on visiting occassionally and enteracting with the members here.

ncrdbl1, i also found out that a supposedly good friend of theirs used their password. used it as if they were the moderater and left messages on their behalf . not only to me but others on 4m. and this guy is an know it all and professional slammer on 4m. some friend huh !
 
steve the FEAR OF CLOWNS band lead singer is asking ppl to be sure to support the march of dimes. one of the band members has a close family member with special needs. FEAR OF CLOWNS is awesome! i think the kids had a better time at lisa's party than us old ppl! LOL... i hope they do an all ages show again this year.

Steve there was a car at our show last year painted red. I don't know if he raced it much. He either had Gift of Hope or Childrens Hospital on it. Do you have any idea who I am talking about and do you know his name? I think he told me he was having back trouble and that was why he wasn't racing much. If I can get a name I can let him know about the car show. :pbjtime:

We get closer all the time. Suspension mostly done. Picked up new rotors & stuff today. OMG this is gettin spensive. Motor is in,Dry sump pump in,Still need tank. Got folks lookin at the old 117 this weekend. Keep fingers crossed.Ed's got a bunch of vinyl jobs to do, so that will slow it up a little. When this deal gets done,Its Miller time....................................BB :beerbang:
 
Ohhhh man, $bill I'm gettin to old for that. besides I'm retired an on a fixed $$ income ,,,fixed very low! Any how sounds like you guys are Get'en er done. Yeah I know them parts is ca$hie, I been buyin some parts for my streetrod, heck you'd think the stuff was made of gold or sumpin LOL! I bought a plastic 55 gal. barrel the other day to make a garbage can, it was $15;--. I bought a 20 gal. fuel tank for my 37 Ford streetrod an it was over $200:--! Well I did get a sending unit so maybe it is worth $200 LOL. At least I don't have to buy tires every week like I did for the race car. Have a good one . :beerbang:

Hi Diva, that volleyball takes a bunch of energy! I go watch the school girls play some. [the girls down the road are on the team]. Heck I get tired out just watchin them! LOL .... Got to go be roadie for the band tonight. Might even have a MILLER LITE after we get setup. LOL Lugin those heavy cabinets and amps. around sure makes a person thirsty HA! :beerbang: Ya know some ppl don't realize how much work is involved in a band. The guys are going in studio the 26th.27th.and 28th. to record. Getting ready to do a new CD. It's like racing, lots of work involved.... Have a great weekend ! :)

Crock pots are the warm things in the trailer, with the good tastin stuff inem.Ya know, like Barbeque, Made Rite, Polish/Hot Dogs,and when its cold ya find Chilli Or maybe Tater Soup. :growl: MMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm :P

Ya say you're too old for a LM, How bout the Pro modified. :D

I do a little Bowling myself. Held a PBA card for 2 years in the 70s. Not really that big a deal. Now I only average around 180. Our team pretty much sucks,But we win alot. 5 champs in 7 years. The Miller Lite tastes pretty good tho. :beerbang:....................................................BB
